Describe in a few words a typical day for you at VA...
I don’t really have a ‘typical’ VA day as everyday is so different which is what I love most about VA! However there are a few core tasks which I do every day to ensure the business runs smoothly, these are tasks like checking rents are in and paid so we keep happy landlords, responding to emails and ensuring the VA team have all the resources and support they need to deliver a great service. I also get involved in cleaning the office most mornings as I believe a clean and tidy office tells a thousand words about our business standards!
What do you love the most in being part of the VA team?
I love the different personalities we have in the office which creates a great working atmosphere and office environment. This helps everyday no matter what the day brings to be a VA can do day!
What did you want to be when you were a kid?
I wanted to be a doctor, well actually my parents wanted me to be a doctor, I think I wanted to be in fashion
What is your biggest goal in life?
To be content, happy and work less hours making more money doing what I love – VA!

Describe in a few words a typical day for you at VA...
I don't really have a typical day at VA, but within my role as branch manager I do have core tasks that need to be done in order for the business to run smoothly. One of my core tasks is making sure the properties are ready for new tenants in the shortest void time as possible, which can be stressful at times. The core task I love the most is giving great customer service to all our landlords and going that extra mile where possible.
What do you love the most in being part of the VA team?
I love how we all have different personalities but gel and work together as a team to make sure our landlords and tenants are happy
What did you want to be when you were a kid?
I wanted to be a physical instructor in the Army
What is your biggest goal in life?
To be happy, healthy and successful and to live life to the fullest. If life gives you lemons make lemonade

Describe in a few words a typical day for you at VA...
I am in charge of making sure properties maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. My day is spent on email, WhatsApp and the telephone resolving every kind of maintenance issue you can think of from a leaking toilet to fully refurbishing properties! At times this can be very stressful but I love completing the jobs works with VA’s trusted hand picked contractors!
What do you love the most in being part of the VA team?
The fun motivated team, working daily with the public & building relationships.
What did you want to be when you were a kid?
A fashion designer.
What is your biggest goal in life?
To be happy, healthy & successful for my little man.

Describe in a few words a typical day for you at VA...
My Typical at VA involves me speaking to landlords and tenants, helping with maintenance, doing checkouts and inspections and dealing with renewals and rent increases.
What do you love the most in being part of the VA team?
One thing I love the most about VA Is how everyone works so well together and comes together as a team to support our customers as well as each other.
What did you want to be when you were a kid?
An Accountant
What is your biggest goal in life?
My Biggest goal in life is to be successful and happy, to travel the world and to eventually have my own portfolio of properties

Describe in a few words a typical day for you at VA...
Every day is different and I am always concentrating on my customers: vendors, landlords and applicants with the VA team. I am in charge of making the right decisions at the right time in order to satisfy all parties. I am always on the phone and love WhatsApp.
What do you love the most in being part of the VA team?
The great spirit of the team and a genuine focus on making people happy.
What did you want to be when you were a kid?
Always a travel writer. I still do.

Describe in a few words a typical day for you at VA...
Talking to letting applicants, landlords, vendors and buyers on the phone or face to face everyday means each day brings new challenges at VA. Helping and guiding customers through the process of making big decisions is extremely rewarding and fulfilling.
What do you love the most in being part of the VA team?
I love how all the members of the VA team are prepared to step out of their zone if necessary to make sure any problems that occur are dealt with promptly. What a great team!
What did you want to be when you were a kid?
As a child I enjoyed most sports. I had ambitions of being a professional footballer or a professional cricketer.
What is your biggest goal in life?
To succeed in anything I do and help my daughters anyway I can.
